and in this page you will see on top of right corner friend visibility option and just select only me thats it . nobody can watch your friend even who are your friend.but one thing you have to remember , when you update your status or dedicate your song to someone, than your friends are able to watch that friend you are dedicating, even they can send friend request of your that friend.
